How to Order Your Custom Quilt

 STEP 1: Choose Your Quilt Style

• Select the layout that fits your preference:

Matted – Features fabric framing between each shirt (referred to as “sashing”). Medley – A clean, modern design with shirts placed edge-to-edge.

STEP 2: Start Your Order

• Complete your Order Form:
  • Select your layout and fabric color.
  • Arrange your shirts in the order you would like them (see Step 3), or let us handle the layout!
  • Add notes for any shirts with special requests.
• Place your $100 deposit to secure your order.
  • This is a non-refundable deposit that goes toward your final total.

STEP 3: (Optional) Design Your Layout If you want to customize the layout yourself, you can!

• Number each shirt inside the left sleeve in the order you would like them placed.
  • Use two numbers if using both the front and back of a shirt (e.g., 1–2, 3–4).
  • Ensure the numbers are clearly visible.

**Color Options for Fabric (Sashing/Border):

Black | Green | Grey | Red | Blue | Light Blue | Dark Blue | Purple | Gold | Orange | White

STEP 4: Send Us Your Shirts

• When you’re ready, pack up your shirts and include:
  • Your completed Order Form w/ your name, email and phone number.
  • Any special notes or layout instructions.

Final Notes:

• Please wash all shirts before sending them to us. We’ll take care of the rest! 
• Your quilt will be created in the style you selected. – Quilt size may vary slightly based on shirt layout and sizes.
• No hidden fees – all materials are included.
• Additional fees may apply if changes are made after confirmation.
